Phil Wood, AVP Hello, my name is Phil Wood. My responsibility as the Associate Vice-President (Student Affairs) and Dean of Students is to oversee service delivery and staff whose focus and purpose is to support the overall health and welfare of students at McMaster.

The Student Affairs office resolves issues brought to us by students, parents, and our community. In addition to the student services listed, Student Affairs, in consultation with student governments, assesses current trends and needs to enhance student life at McMaster.

  

The Office Team

It is sometimes difficult to navigate through the various departments and programmes at the University. Students are encouraged to contact us with concerns or questions. If we don’t have the answer, we’ll find out who does. We are located in Gilmour Hall, Room 207, the office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
